Key responsibilities include: Handling air-conditioning repairs (training provided if unlicensed) Performing routine servicing and general mechanical repairs Communicating effectively with clients and team members Diagnosing faults using advanced tools and equipment Keeping your workspace efficient and professional Collaborating with the team to meet shared goals Completing brake, oil, and diagnostic checks About You We’re looking for someone who is: Holding an automotive air-conditioning licence (preferred but not required) A reliable team player who’s willing to lend a hand when needed Professional, methodical, and focused on quality outcomes Trade qualified with experience in a mechanical workshop Confident in diagnostics and always open to learning Holding a valid Australian driver’s licence (essential) 3rd or 4th-year apprentices with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
