Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Multi Combination Driver on Night shift for Hobart. The position carries a responsibility for all aspects of Road Transport Rules and Regulations which should be conducted in a competent, safe and law-abiding manner with due consideration to an efficient and service-oriented environment. Completing any local cartage job as delegated by the supervisor can also be required. The majority of roster will be days that include some weekends.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
* Minimum Year 10 Secondary Education (Year 12 preferred)
* Class MCVehicle Licence
* MSIC (preferred but not essential)
* Proven delivery and freight experience
* Have a focus to always work safely
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Physically fit and willing to do manual handling
* Numeracy and literacy Skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Full knowledge of federal and state road regulations including load restraint and fatigue management
