3. Routines, Entry and Exit Inspections and Reporting
4. Liaising with the Property Manager
5. No Landlord contact
6. Modern systems and procedures, using cloud-based software
7. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be out and about
The Successful Candidate
1. 6-12 months in Real Estate
2. QLD Certificate of Registration
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Solid written & verbal communication skills
6. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
7. Valid driver's license
