The Credaros are a fourth generation farming and winemaking family who have called the Margaret River region home for over 100 years.
About the Role
We are seeking someone to oversee all aspects of Credaro Events, including the planning and execution of both internal and external events, as well as the point of contact for Credaro Weddings.
As Events manager, who will be responsible (but not limited) to:
* Providing exceptional customer service to Wedding & Event clients and their guests
* Drive sales opportunities for Events and Cellar Door
* Manage and oversee Events on the day, ensuring flawless execution, directing vendor and supplier logistics, communicating with staff and managing expectations
* Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Drive training for all Wedding & Event personnel, including promoting the Credaro Brand Story
The successful candidate will be someone who:
* Is highly organised
* Has impeccable time management skills
* Shows critical problem solving skills, particularly under pressure
* Is a great communicator
* Most importantly, will be an
integral part of our Cellar Door team
* Experience working within or knowledge of the wine industry will be highly desirable
This is a Full Time role, Tuesday to Saturday, based on-site at our Yallingup Cellar Door.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 12 months' experience working within the Events indsutry
* Proven Team Leadership experience
* Valid RSA & Approved Manager Certificate
* Availability to work evening events, including weekends, during Wedding Season (October to May) with the odd event outside this period
