Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this initial 12-month opportunity is a broad, hands-on role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up, or a Brand Manager early in their journey, to build end-to-end brand capability within a supportive, values led organisation.
What’s the Scoop? You’ll take ownership of key elements of the frozen portfolio and play a critical role in driving performance across the four foundational pillars of marketing.
You’ll be deeply involved in understanding portfolio performance (price, volume, margins, market share), identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into clear, commercial recommendations. You will:
* Contribute to and execute annual brand and category plans
* Analyse brand, category, financial, consumer and shopper data to identify opportunities
* Lead execution of brand initiatives, including cross-functional and agency collaboration
* Lead NPD development and assess competitor strategies
* Manage elements of the marketing budget and track performance vs plan
* Support customer plans, range reviews, pack and pricing strategy
* Ensure strong brand health, equity and ROI across A&P investment
* Maintain high standards across safety, food quality and compliance
What You’ll Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
* Experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or early-career Brand Manager
* Exposure across brand planning, insights, activation and innovation
* Strong analytical capability and experience using data sources such as Nielsen, Aztec or Mintel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Current Australian driver’s licence
