The Senior Control Systems Engineer is accountable for the delivery of complete automation solutions including project management, team leadership, client liaison, design, development, testing, commissioning and documentation.This encompasses PLC, SCADA and other hardware/software systems, networks and technology for SGA clients.About YouYou will be degree qualified in Engineering having extensive work experience in control systems design, programming and commissioning.We will highly regard candidates with extensive skills and experience in Industrial Control and Automation (SCADA and PLC) including design, software development, testing and commissioning.PLC, SCADA, and HMI experience across the major Vendor platforms – Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider.Candidates with experience in legacy control systems and experience with modernisation strategies will be highly valued.You will have widespread skills and knowledge in electrical design, fault finding and commissioning of industrial automation plants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Why Join UsAt SGA, we are committed to fostering a culture that empowers our people, encourages sustainability, and promotes teamwork and work-life balance.
