Key Responsibilities:
* Engage positively with visitors in a non-judgemental manner.
* Greet visitors, provide information about services and activities, and support them to find what they need.
* Document attendance for visitors.
* Provide information about activities and services with support from staff members.
* Clean resources, furniture and equipment and encourage all visitors to put toys away.
* Seek assistance if necessary.
* Assist in the day-to-day running of our centre.
* Deliver play-based learning and scheduled activities for families and children.
Required Skills:
* Able to engage positively with diverse groups of people.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Basic knowledge of early childhood development.
