About the Opportunity
This role will see you provide advice, support and coaching to NTCOSS staff on all things best practice, incident & risk management and rehabilitation and case management of injured/ill staff.
Your strong organisational, communication, and computer skills will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing NTCOSS's safety culture.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* A minimum of a Certificate IV and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety Legislation.
* Ability to use judgement, initiative and common sense when performing duties.
* Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, staff, and organisations.
