Under the direction of the Branch and/or Production Manager, markets and promotes PrimeLending products and services to its client base of realtors, builders, bank officers and potential and past clients. Performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers.
Responsibilities
1. Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services to determine the best financial solutions for customers.
2. Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives to develop and retain business, including visiting subdivisions as needed.
3. Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products.
4. Meets the company’s production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications using PrimeLending’s product set.
5. Manages customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying potential homebuyers.
6. Analyzes customer income, assets, investments, and debts.
7. Advises customers on different loan options, explaining their advantages and disadvantages.
8. Services existing customers by collecting necessary documents, fees, and lock-in information.
9. Monitors loan status to ensure conformity with terms and communicates updates to all parties involved.
10. Prepares and presents loan terms and conditions to customers.
11. Keeps informed about local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
12. Maintains a professional image and adheres to company policies and standards.
13. May supervise other loan officers, assistants, or processors.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent; appropriate licenses as required by the state.
2. Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
3. At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
4. Ability to interact effectively with regional and corporate departments, realtors, builders, and other partners.
5. Strong judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in analyzing data and using AU software technology.
7. Active community involvement and professional networking.
8. Ongoing industry knowledge expansion.
