This hybrid role based at Macquarie Park presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to be part of a high‑performing team and make a meaningful difference every day.
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will join our growing team in an established and exciting part of our business, where you will be given every opportunity to grow your career and make a sustainable impact. In this role as an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will have a consultative approach to sales, working as a partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product range and offerings. Connecting with customers over the phone and virtually through Teams to drive revenue and positive customer outcomes.
You will be well supported in this fast‑growing, collaborative team. Structured training and onboarding will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Always upholding our LifeHealthcare values and being an active key member of our team.
* Driving sales by identifying, developing and securing all relevant sales opportunities to sell Argon and Duralane.
* Serving as an Inside Sales Product Specialist for a pre‑defined territory and accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and all the relevant goals and metrics.
* Generating market interest and closing sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as product demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns.
* Actively soliciting all LifeHealthcare product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
* Building relationships and trust with customers, being a key part of their buying decisions.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support related to the product.
* Understanding customer buying patterns and using it to schedule and plan calls.
* Contributing to the fiscal revenue goal and executing tactical activities.
Qualifications
* Strong sales capabilities, and preferably a clinical background.
* Savvy interpersonal skills; excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
* Excellent customer service skills; always understands and delivers exemplary customer support.
* Professional presentation and "presence".
* Worked autonomously but is also a team player.
* Positive attitude; outgoing and friendly, self‑motivated.
* A "can do" attitude: enthusiastic and energetic.
* The ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base.
* Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
* Good time‑management skills; well‑organised, able to set and reset priorities.
* Strategic agility with strong commercial acumen.
