The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating business to transform their HR functions from strategy, operating model design, through to implementation and change management support.
This role requires collaboration with our global network of high-performing teams to accelerate value alignment and support our clients through significant change efforts.Your key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needsUse your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needsUtilise expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisationsLeverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverablesLead change for significant HR transformations, with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or large-scale digital programsEngage with our global EY network to provide expert transformation adviceDefine and measure success metrics to monitor transformation progressContribute to the development of proposals and tender responsesWork on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industriesWork as part of an experienced team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your developmentSupport team growth and practice investment through active participation in development activitiesBe an active member of the practice, fostering integration and high performance within the teamInnovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impactSkills and attributes for successA relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information SystemsExperience working with different HR systems and HR processes including process review and designUnderstanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experienceExperience leading change or operating model initiatives for large scale HR Technology system implementationsExperience developing training plan and approach for in large scale HR Technology system and ERP implementationsLeading Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality and overall performanceExperience leading teams and/or project management activities on large projects Global consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops2-5 years of experience in change management and/or organisational design preferably with large-scale organizational change experienceProven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectivelyWhat we can offer youCareer development: At EY, your career is yours to shape
