Overview
Personal Carer | Blue Care | Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility. Permanent part‑time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan
- Supporting community based recreational and social activities
- While completing your certificate you will undertake these same duties, with the guidance of a qualified Personal Carer
Role Requirements
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full right to work in Australia
Program and Training
The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income. We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approximately $3,650).
Remuneration and Benefits
- Remuneration: $32.08 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts
