Graduate Civil Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services team.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be involved in designing and delivering transport infrastructure projects that connect and enhance communities across Australia.
* You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, develop your technical skills, and contribute to project delivery.
* You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction works, taking into consideration commercial, financial, environmental, safety, and quality aspects of the task.
* You will work as part of a team, developing ideas, methodologies, and bringing everything together to ensure successful project delivery.
The program includes:
* A 12-month graduate program that exposes you to fast-paced environments and varied challenges.
* A Career Development Framework (CDF) that maps out the skills, experience, and competencies required for progression from a graduate through to management.
* Regular networking and development sessions held in person with your cohort.
* A buddy who is a current or recent graduate, there to help you with day-to-day questions.

Eligibility criteria include:
* Valid right to work in Australia.
* Completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or due to complete studies before February 2026.
* Minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
