We are seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Customer Service Representative to provide day-to-day sales admin and customer service support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of correspondence, processing personal accounts and filing documents, compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction, managing ETA's, returns, warranty claims and general order queries.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, organized with high attention to detail, resilient and solution-oriented attitude, basic data entry knowledge, technical aptitude and/or interest in the heavy industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
