Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors and providing information about house access and tours.
* Assisting with customer service and sales to enhance the visitor experience.
* Helping with the presentation of retail and reception area.
* Processing ticket and retail sales through VEND.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Induction and familiarisation visit with the property and staff.
* Full training in the retail software used by the National Trust (NSW) and cash handling procedures.
* On-the-job training in customer service and retail operations including best practices for interacting with visitors and enhancing their experience.
