About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paid Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a Paid Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing, optimising and analysing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, revenue and profit.
This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance campaign performance, ensure efficiency and contribute to overall business growth. You will assist in executing paid social media strategies to support business goals and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in paid social media.
You will support the setup, monitoring and daily optimisation of paid social campaigns, assist in amplifying key product releases, promotions and category initiatives and help with testing ad concepts. You will also coordinate with platform Account Managers to stay aligned on best practices and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Skills and Experience Required
* Understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube etc.) and digital marketing principles.
* Hands-on experience assisting with campaign setup, monitoring and performance optimisation.
* Exposure to platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
* Familiarity with spreadsheets or dashboards for reporting (e.g. Google Sheets, Looker, Excel).
* Passion for social media and digital trends; ability to stay updated on evolving best practices, ad formats and algorithm changes.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with digital, creative and brand teams, as well as external account managers.
