Your New Role
Heading up and leading one of their flourishing common law practices (3 direct reports) reporting to and being mentored by the highly respected managing partner. You will relish the challenge, satisfaction and rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients (public liability, work injury damages, abuse, TPD, medical negligence claims). You will have autonomy in the carriage of your own files and direct client relationships, and lead a team of 3 (2 senior paralegals and 1 legal assistant).

Qualifications
* Admitted lawyer in NSW.
* Minimum 4-10+ years (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience including at least two of the following: 1) WID; 2) public/occupiers liability; 3) TPD/super; 4) medical negligence; 5) institutional/historical abuse.
* Proven ability managing your own personal injury files from start to finish efficiently and commercially.
* Strong technical knowledge of relevant laws, legislation and case law.
* Hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a first-class plaintiff firm.
