Key Accountabilities:
* Project Planning: Providing specialist input into contractor management, execution plans, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Safety Leadership: Ensuring shutdown and construction activities comply with QLD/SA safety regulations, industry standards, and policies.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring shutdown and construction activities adhere to QLD/SA regulatory framework, including welding standards, QA/QC, environmental regulations, land access rules, and other relevant permissions.
* Team Management: Overseeing and leading the execution teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and efficient task delegation.
* Budget Management: Monitoring project and shutdown expenses to ensure they remain within allocated limits.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of site-execution contact for all project stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance: Overseeing quality control processes to ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed industry standards.
* Contract Management: Managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners, ensuring all contract terms are met.
