With 94 homes (and growing), across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, you will play a part in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families.**Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.****About the Role**Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.**As second in command, you'll:*** Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family* Train up the next generation of carers and nurses* Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting* Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be* Help financially manage the home**You'll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself.
