Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Datacentre technologies.
Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors, you will provide expert technical support and assistance with incident and change management.
You will be accountable for delivering exceptional service to multiple enterprise customers across key technologies, including VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, and Public Cloud.
A strong vendor management focus is essential in this role, requiring close collaboration with various vendors to drive the right outcomes for our customers.
Additionally, you will assist users with access and security management, own the administration and management of user access domains and groups, and identify and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs across multiple platforms and vendors.
Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills are crucial for success in this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco computing platforms will be highly considered.
* Certifications from major vendors for systems like VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco will be well regarded.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
* Ability to follow processes and guidelines.
