Job Title: Financial Services Officer
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Officer to join our team. As part of our dynamic care delivery process, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and supplier management, including payment of PAYG taxes.
Responsibilities:
* Processing accounts payable and supplier management, including payment of PAYG taxes.
* Assisting with reception/front office duties.
* Handling accounts receivable tasks as required, including invoicing, receipting, banking of monies, and bank reconciliations.
* Supporting the Home Care program by handling invoicing, claiming funding, and reconciliation.
* Providing assistance with monthly Business Activity Statements.
* Relieving payroll officer duties during leave coverage.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting (minimum Certificate IV).
* Experience in financial services and administration.
