We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individual to join the Casphone team as a Retail Assistant/IT Technician. The successful candidate will deliver world-class customer service, and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
- Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.
- Help manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A passion for sales and selling.
- An understanding of retail operations.
- Eager to learn new skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.
- Able to handle a rapid-paced environment and culture.
