Role: Retail Sales Specialist
Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting customers in-store or by phone, recommending the best tech solutions.
* Processing sales accurately via cash, EFTPOS.
* Offering basic troubleshooting and booking repairs with our onsite technicians.
* Keeping displays neat and handling general store upkeep tasks.
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Who we're looking for:
* A true tech lover – you enjoy learning about gadgets and exploring the latest tech trends.
* A people person – friendly, helpful and customer‑focussed.
* A multi‑tasker – able to work in a busy environment.
* Availability – must be able to work Monday‑Friday (9am‑5.30pm) and Saturday mornings if needed.
* Work rights – must be a permanent NT resident or have a valid Australian work visa holder.
