* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients
* Conduct building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risks
* Monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems
* Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification
* Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
* Respond to emergency situations
Requirements:
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
* Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
* Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
