About the role
Are you an experienced and driven Business Development Manager looking to join a leading vending services provider? As the Business Development Manager – Vending at PRESTIGE VENDING SERVICES (AUS) PTY LTD, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth across Western Australia. This is a full‐time position based in Welshpool, WA 6106.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively source and generate new leads through networking, prospecting and cold‐calling.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals.
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of vending services.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and revenue forecasts.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the vending or food services industry.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision‐makers.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
* Familiarity with vending machine operations and industry trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
