About the role

Mable is looking for a CRM Manager (Campaign Manager) for a 12 month contract.

This role will own the comms promotional calendar for the business, and develop marketing automation strategies for our key customer segments.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have core experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. They will also work closely with internal teams to optimise the customer journey and increase conversion across key customer touchpoints.

This position reports into the Head of CRM, Lifecycle and Retention. The CRM Team team is part of the wider Growth Team at Mable.

What will I be doing?

* Management and ownership of the comms promotional calendar
* Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success
* Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns
* Communicate campaign performance and results
* Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
* Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans
* Ownership and execution of reputation management campaigns (eg. Trustpilot)
* Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences
* Cross-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and/or other engagement channels
* Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices

What are we looking for?

* 3+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns
* Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred)
* Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required
* Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Coda, Confluence, etc. is desirable
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong time management skills
* Passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people's lives
