As a Senior Customer Services Officer, you'll use your admin strengths to keep our Therapy Services team running at its best and make a real difference every day.

Full Time position

Fixed Term Contract for 3 months, commencing in March 2026

Based at our state-of-the-art hub in Murdoch

Overview

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

* Work closely with Therapy Team Leaders and Managers
* Manage complex administrative tasks and support continuous improvements
* Handle financial processes including billing, NDIS claims, account reconciliation and reporting
* Maintain accurate customer records and support systems, including onboarding and student placements
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and internal teams
* Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; support reception and general office operations
* Prepare professional correspondence and documents; manage supplies and purchasing in line with business need

About You

* Experience in a senior administrative or client-facing role
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
* Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple systems
* Well-developed computer skills and experience within Microsoft Office
* A collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others
* Right to work in Australia
* Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, drivers licence, COVID vaccination)
