Key Responsibilities:
Skewering ingredients (chicken, veg, etc.) and grilling them over charcoal (Binchotan) to the perfect doneness, managing heat and timing.
Preparing and applying marinades, seasonings, and the signature soy-based.
Setting up the grill station with all necessary tools, ingredients, and managing stock for the grill items.
Adhering strictly to food hygiene and safety standards, especially with raw products.
Collaborating with other kitchen staff for efficient service and supporting junior team members.
Plating dishes attractively for a great customer experience.
Keeping the grill area, equipment, and tools spotless and functional.
