Due to continued expansion in all our jobs and project types, we're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Estimator to join our high-performing team, servicing projects south of the river.

The Role
As a Site Supervisor / Estimator at Builderwest, you'll manage projects end-to-end — from assessment and estimating through to delivery and finalisation — ensuring quality outcomes for insurers, strata managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality construction outcomes using best-practice building techniques
* Conduct site assessments, scopes, estimates and repair methodologies
* Manage major and complex loss projects from commencement to completion
* Plan and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and KPI expectations
* Analyse projects to accurately estimate costs and protect profitable margins
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring full OHS compliance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships within the insurance and loss adjusting sector
* Deliver outstanding customer service across occupied and vacant sites
* Coordinate trades, suppliers and stakeholders effectively
* Prepare internal and external job status and progress reports
* Manage contracts, permits and relevant approvals
* Undertake regional and remote work when required

About You
You're organised, commercially aware and confident managing complex builds in challenging environments.
Essential Requirements
* Full, valid driver's licence
* Police clearance
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Working at Heights certification
* Proven experience in insurance building and major/complex loss events
* Experience using Prime Eco / Prime Ecosystem software
* Strong understanding of construction-related OH&S legislation
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Can-do attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred)
* Construction Management or Building & Construction qualification
* Builder's Registration
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and construction scheduling platforms
