Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) - Sunshine Coast - Maroochydore | 2 Days per Week | PMA Model Our client is a well-established Veteran health provider committed to delivering accessible, person-centred care through flexible and contemporary service models. With continued growth, the team is expanding its presence on the Sunshine Coast, with in-person services set to commence in Maroochydore in the coming months. About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and adaptable Mental Health Social Worker to join the team under a Practice Management Agreement (PMA), working 2 days per week. This role offers a blended model of care, combining telehealth case management with multidisciplinary (MDT) case conferencing. As the local service grows, you will also play a key role in delivering in-person individual consults and facilitating group-based psychoeducation and therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities Participate in MDT case conferencing panels (1 full day per week) Deliver telehealth-based case management (1 day per week) Manage your own caseload and schedule under the PMA model Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes Facilitate future in-person 1:1 consultations and group sessions (anticipated within 2-3 months) Remuneration (PMA Model) Telehealth Consults: $100-$155 per hour (based on 2-3 appointments per hour) Case Conferencing Panels: $1,000 per day Requirements Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) Relevant Australian-recognised Social Work qualification Open to Social Workers currently progressing toward accreditation (with hours and documentation submitted to AASW) Experience working with Veterans and DVA (desirable) Join a forward-thinking service delivering innovative mental health care through a blended model of telehealth, collaborative case conferencing, and group facilitation.
