**As the Practice Manager you will**:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Practice.
- Ensure staff are fully trained to deliver allocated tasks.
- Plan and manage the marketing of all products and services.
- Manage practice stock, accounts and supplier relations.
- Provide multiple solutions in dispensing lenses, frames, contact lenses and other eye wear to meet all the eye care needs of patients
- Maintain professional standards for staff and Practice
- Part time hours 4-5 days per week, with option for Full Time
**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:
- Retail Management and leadership experience.
- Proven ability to dispense whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Superior problem solving skills.
- Exceptional organisational & planning skills.
- Qualification as an Optical Dispenser or experienced in Optics.

Eyes on Buderim is a local Buderim optometry practice specialising in thorough eye
examinations and beautiful, quality eyewear. It was established in January 2013 by
Graham Bohl Optometrist and his wife Kim Bohl. We pride ourselves on taking the
