The position will involve working on an 8:6 roster with 12-hour shifts (Residential to Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth only).
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
* Lead inspections and shape ground control strategies.
* Manage geotechnical projects from concept to completion.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in geotechnical engineering.
* Proven supervisory experience in operations, technical services, or project management.
* Strong understanding of safety systems, geotechnical controls, and open pit operations.
* Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Advanced user of geotechnical modelling and CAD software.
* Ability to manage budgets and meet strict deadlines.
