Job Overview
The Shopping Centre Concierge and Business Support is a pivotal role requiring an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and organisational abilities to deliver exceptional customer service and support to various stakeholders.
* Maintain the reception switchboard, ensuring calls are answered promptly and consistently with a high level of customer satisfaction demonstrated at all times.
* Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the centre management team.
* Update and maintain registers including tenant lists, insurance information, and asset management records in a timely manner.
* Address general customer and tenant inquiries effectively.
* Be responsible for contractor inductions and site key management.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in hospitality or customer service delivery, exhibit strong communication skills, and be well-presented and articulate. They should also have intermediate computer proficiency, including expertise in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
