Job Title: Sales and Revenue Manager
Sales Team Leadership
A key leadership role within our Reservations team, focusing on sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing staff skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Reservations Sales Agents and Groups Reservations Coordinator team, assigning tasks and creating rosters.
* Support the Reservations team during peak periods, providing guidance and answering questions.
* Monitor reservation handling times and provide coaching to ensure service targets and brand standards are met.
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Commercial Teams, Front Office, and Food & Beverage.
* Prepare and submit accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Manage room inventory and update Opera Cloud with rates, packages, validity dates, and availability control.
* Oversee partnership accommodation management.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with OPERA Cloud and Delphi is an advantage.
* Strong leadership and staff development skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Observant with a keen perception for surroundings.
* Demonstrate high energy levels and versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
