About the opportunity:
You will be working in the high performing team, as a Sales Associate.
Responsibilities:
* Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
* Prospecting face to face and via telephone;
* Buyer call backs;
* Buyer appointments;
* Liaising with vendor and buyers;
* Relationship management;
* Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
* Other duties as requested.
About you:
* You will have a proven track record with at least 3 years' experience in a real estate co-agent position
* You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards
* You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI's and own your results
* Experience with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard but is not essential
* Work with initiative and a high attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and management skills
* You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long‑term career in real estate.
* Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard. A current QLD real estate registration certificate is essential.
