**. **You'll be part of a diverse, engaging and collaborative culture that is guided by our values of respect, responsibility, community and spirit. You will manage all aspects of clinical care for the facility and be a key support to the Residential Manager.
**As an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager, your 'typical day' will have you**:
- Providing excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to each individuals needs
- Supporting the Residential Manager with the general management of the facility and step up and relieve the Residential Manager in their absence
- Regularly undertaking resident and family consultation in regards to all clinical care
- Responsible for up to date and accurate ACFI documentation in order to achieve desired organisational targets
- Overseeing quality management required to comply with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the facility's strategic business plan and annual budget
- Co-managing and leading a diverse team of staff in order to provide the highest quality of service and care to our residents
- Conducting formal performance appraisals and develop learning plans with individual team members
- Achieving all clinical, quality, ACFI and business outcomes and KPIs
**To thrive in this role you will have**:
- Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, advances nursing or related discipline
- Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration is essential
- Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
- Ability to lead, mentor and support clinical staff effectively
- Demonstrated strength in continuous improvement and quality systems
- Critical thinking skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Formal qualifications in management or related discipline (desirable)
