NWI Baths is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Hobart, IN office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Job duties include: • Schedule and confirm appointments • Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls • Customer Service • Manage sales reps schedules • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and performance bonuses.
