Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
* Develop financial models to assess project viability and profitability.
* Coordinate annual budget and outgoings processes with business unit managers.
* Support year-end and half-year audit processes, liaising with external auditors.
* Manage asset registers, depreciation schedules, and revaluation adjustments.
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards and taxation requirements.
The ideal candidate will have professional qualifications and at least 5 years' experience in financial analysis or management accounting.
