As a
**Paid Media Specialist**, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that will focus on account strategy and doing proactive optimisations.
With your proven track record of running successful campaigns across the Google Ads & Meta platforms, you will have the opportunity to use your creative mind and do so much more than regular account work.
**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- You will deal directly with our valued partners and remain in complete control of the account direction
- You will devise strategies for client campaigns and manage as well as optimise Google Shopping campaigns
- You will be involved in budget management and forecasting which involves analysing data & implementing budget and bid strategies
- Set up tracking and conversion tags to measure performance and provide ongoing optimisation of accounts
**About you?**
- At least 1 year of paid media experience on either agency or client-side
- You have experience dealing with clients directly
- You are adaptable to change and analytic by nature
- You can communicate ideas, strategy and thought processes and use data to back up rationale
