With an active and expanding pipeline, this is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain broad exposure while working directly with a phenomenal Head of Development who is widely regarded across the industry for their leadership, capability and mentorship.
You'll support projects from early feasibility and planning through to construction, delivery and settlement, gaining genuine end‐to‐end experience on complex, city‐shaping developments within a highly professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full development lifecycle including feasibility, planning, design coordination, construction and settlements
* Assist with feasibility modelling, budgeting, cashflows and project reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and authorities to maintain program and approvals
* Support preparation and management of DAs, CCs and planning submissions
* Track design development, manage documentation and contribute to value‐management initiatives
* Monitor construction progress and assist with issue resolution and contract administration
* Prepare internal reports, analysis and briefing documents for senior leadership
* Assist with marketing, sales coordination, purchaser communication and settlement processes

About You
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in an Assistant Development Manager
* Exposure to large‐scale residential or mixed‐use projects is advantageous
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related field
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn
* A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, high‐standards team environment
