Job Title: Business Analyst (x2 positions available)
* 6-month contract

* $860 - $940 per day + super
A NSW Government department is driving a major cross-government digital transformation program and seeking two seasoned Business Analysts to support the next phase of delivery.
The Program comprises of a consolidation of multiple finance and technology systems aiming to simplify corporate functions and systems, driving stronger collaboration and shared services across all of NSW government. Now two-thirds through Phase 3, the team is onboarding 20+ government agencies onto their shared services platform, with a strong focus over the next 6 months on UAT, business readiness, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Documenting processes, workflows, and requirements
* Mapping current and future state business processes
* Engaging with stakeholders across multiple agencies
* Supporting UAT and business readiness activities
* Leading documentation streams and mentoring other BAs
Key Skills:
* Experience as a Business Analyst in complex business/ digital transformation programs
* Previous government experience highly regarded
* Exposure to HR, Finance, or shared services projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and process mapping skills
