Job Title: Food Services Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve food throughout the facility, including setting up, plating, and distributing food and beverages.
* Participate in food safety processes to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
* Assist in general cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils, including dish and pot washing as required.
* Operate with equipment such as food trolleys and carry food trays.
Responsibilities - Store Person:
* Inventory management: keep track of stock levels to meet hospital demands.
* Stock rotation: ensure proper stock rotation to prevent spoilage or expiration.
* Maintain Clean, tidy, and uncluttered storage areas for efficient operation and safety.
* Clean the cool room floors.
* Pot washing.
* Provide exceptional service to hospital staff, assisting with queries and resolving inventory-related issues.
Essential Criteria:
* Authority to Work in Australia.
* Experience in Healthcare or hospitality (preferred).
* Working with Children check (if relevant).
* Commitment to service excellence.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Available for on-call shifts.
