LO-GO Appointments is a national boutique recruitment agency which has celebrated 27 years in business this year. We work exclusively for all Local Government across WA.
Your role will involve:
- Customer service/reception support, welcoming visitors and attending to incoming calls
- Assisting our recruitment team when required
- Preparation of payroll on a weekly basis
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following at a minimum, but we would also offer further on the job training and mentoring for the right applicant - it's all about the fit
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Experience with MYOB, Astute Payroll system, and JobAdder (or similar) recruitment software would be highly advantageous
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Passion and a willingness to learn
- Able to show initiative and be a proactive thinker
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Adaptable and willing to grow as part of the team and the business
- A knowledge of WA geography would be an advantage
