**Job Description**:
Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Junior Account Manager with a focus on Enterprise Clients.
In this key role, you will create, deliver, and enable best in class experiences and platforms for our clients and our people. You will be recognised as a valued partner, delivering innovative solutions, superior relationship management, and ensure client and Colliers teams have access to the necessary resources to exceed account objectives and strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Identify, assess, recommend, and implement new operational systems and processes designed to enhance client experience, productivity, and operational efficiency; and
- Develop and maintain client relationships, working alongside key stakeholders to win new business and grow market share by offering compelling client solutions and brand attractiveness.
- Assist in implementing the vision and strategy of designated account plans and ensure exceptional delivery
- Identify, assess, and determine relevant software solutions and IT developments to drive operational efficiencies
- Assist in responding to RFP's, including but not limited to submission strategy, operational guidance, pricing, and resourcing
- Monitor competitors' businesses for business planning and opportunities and introduce innovative and best practice concepts to maintain and develop a competitive position
**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Experience in corporate real estate, with a thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, lease administration, systems, policies, and procedures
- Proven experience in managing Portfolio teams and client relationship management
- Experience in the operation of lease administration and lease accounting software, with the ability to adapt to various systems
- Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate client portfolio management
- A tertiary qualification in a field related to commercial property
