Facilities and Fleet Management Role
The National Facilities and Fleet Manager oversees office facility maintenance activities across the country in addition to social housing buildings. This includes advising and leading Essential Safety Measures with state operations teams to ensure accountability and compliance.
* Maintenance of office facilities and social housing buildings.
* Leadership of Essential Safety Measures practices.
This role also involves overseeing fleet management, successfully managing key internal and external relationships, and ensuring legislative obligations are met.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities/strata management and fleet management roles.
* Experience in delivery of Essential Safety Measures practices.
* Strong understanding of building services and systems.
* Ability to manage property and fleet budgets.
* Management and leadership experience for direct reports.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
* Sound knowledge of OHS as it applies to the construction/maintenance industry.
