Responsibilities:
* Deliver the best possible experience for our customers by proactively contacting them to set-up appointments and assisting those who walk into the branch.
* Manage multiple customers across various markets and explore creative ways to expand your customer base, including leveraging external referral networks.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending, and will be fully across the home lending process with a solid pipeline of contacts to tap into. They will also have proven experience within sales/business development, solid time management skills, and an ability to multi-task – prioritising is essential.
Personal Qualities:
Solid personal resilience, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and an ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships are all key requirements for this role. As a people-person, you will always make customers feel confident that they're in good hands – and even then, you will find ways to exceed their expectations.
