The location: RATIONALE Melbourne Emporium + David Jones Bourke Street Flagships
You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences.
You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training.
You will provide skin consultations and tailored skincare product plans to clients.
You will educate clients on the RATIONALE treatment offering in partnership with our Skin Therapists.
You will perform reception and operational duties in a luxury skin clinic environment.

Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role.
Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management, and organisational skills.
Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture.
