**About the role**:
This role is for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Advisor to join our growing recruitment team. You will be supporting our Ampol Future Fuels Project in Brisbane mainly for blue collar recruitment.
You will have proven experience within a similar role for a minimum of 3 years. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, show a high degree of organizational skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will have advanced computer skills on MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior attention to detail with a resilient and determined work ethic.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with project manager, construction manager and superintendents to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and needs of our client.
- Utilise the procedures, standards and processes for job postings.
- Schedules interviews, preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruit in line with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports including weekly reporting requirements.
- Any other adhoc requests from the Regional Recruitment Manager.
