**About the Role**:
We are currently looking to recruit a world-class **Onsite Exhibition Services Assistant** to play a vital role in our Event Services Team. This role is responsible for the staffing and maintenance of the Exhibitor Services desk during tenancy days of events held in the exhibition centre and providing administrative support to the Exhibition Services team.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
This is an opportunity to be part of a high performing team who oversee the delivery of over 700 events a year. If you love planning, event logistics, people, thrive in a high energy fast-pasted environment, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for events, then this role might be for you!

We are looking for a person who will bring their events experience and their passion for providing luxury service to a large-scale venue. An individual with the capabilities to both lead and work harmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events at ICC Sydney. An operational mind, a natural problem solver, the ability to think on your feet, safety focused, self-driven, positive, resilient with strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish good working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.

In this role, you will:

- Act as a point of contact, as required, for event stakeholders during their tenancy regarding any service related matters
- Manage and maintain the Exhibitor Service desk ensuring areas are neat and tidy, and providing services and information to guests, exhibitors and contractors
- Plan and coordinate exhibitor requirements across all market segments in conjunction with the broader Exhibition Services team, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
- Provide administrative support to the Event Planning Team, ensuring the administrative needs of the department are met including, but not limited to; dietary requirements, food tasting notes, creation of table menus, ordering of external items, creation of purchase orders

To be eligible for employment you must be an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident of Australia, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to work unrestricted in Australia.
