We are supporting the search for a HR professional to join an iconic Education house in a newly created role. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role will influence and manage the operational delivery of generalist HR functions across this gorgeous campus supporting the academic and corporate workforces.
Your knowledge and experience in best practice HR delivery and principles will be important as your work closely with the Director to provide exceptional HR support that directly connects to the educational experience of over a thousand students.

About the role:
You'll provide practical, consistent, and proactive HR support and advice across the organisation, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice. Key responsibilities include:
* Operationally delivering day to day generalist HR outcomes including; managing onboarding, induction, performance reviews, and offboarding
* Driving end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning
* Overseeing compliance obligations, WHS, and return-to-work programs
* Managing HR projects to enhance systems and processes
* Advising leaders on industrial relations, employment conditions, and workplace issues
About you:
* Degree qualification in HR.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, awards, and enterprise agreements.
* Polished communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
* Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
